Criminal law is a law classified as public law which regulates the lives of all legal subjects (individuals, society, government, etc.) to limit prohibited actions. This restriction on prohibited actions is included in-laws or other legal regulations made by legislators with the government. In practice, legal subjects often violate criminal law rules so that they get criminal responsibility through trial processes.
