Foreign Direct Investment

Investment is an activity to provide capital in a business to make a profit. Based on Article 1 paragraph 1 of Law Number 25 of 2007 concerning Investment, it states that investment is all forms of investment activities, both by domestic investors and foreign investors to conduct business in the territory of the Republic of Indonesia. The provisions of Article 1 paragraph 1 divide into 2 subjects for investors, namely domestic investors and foreign investment. The subjects of these two investment subjects have different provisions in investing.

We are here to provide services to domestic investors and foreign investors to make it easier to invest in the territory of the unitary Republic of Indonesia. The convenience is given to investment, most importantly, guarantees the legality and profitability of an investment.
